Comfortsaurs are genetically made creatures created in labs. They are known to be great support animals, medically and emotionally! Comfortsaurs each emit a scent that induces the release of serotonin. They are typically quadrupedal creatures, but can be bipedal as well! Each comfortsaur has a vertically split mouth, which they mainly use as a defense mechanism for themselves or for others. They refrain from opening their mouths infront of their owners. Their saliva is highly acidic and is very dangerous for humans to touch without the proper precautions.Their intelligence level is higher than that of a dog's, but lower than a human's intelligence. It would best be described as around the same intelligence of a dolphin.
Comfortsaurs make chuffs, chirps, and purrs to communicate. Some have been heard making other noises, however it's unlikely for them to do so naturally.
